PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminated substrate which can easily form a metal membrane layer on an insulating substrate, reduces an etching residue on the insulating substrate after etching, and is excellent in reliability on insulation. SOLUTION: The method for producing the laminated substrate comprises a process (1) in which a dispersing element containing metal membrane precursor fine particles of 200 nm or below in primary particle size fusion-bonding to each other by heating is applied on the insulating substrate to form the metal membrane by heating and a process (2) in which metal plating is applied on the metal membrane to form a metal film.
