PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode foil for a capacitor and the capacitor using the same, wherein a leakage current characteristic is excellent at a high capacitance. SOLUTION: In the electrode foil for the capacitor and the capacitor using the same, an aluminum foil has at least a film which has a crystal size of 2.5 nm or less, or amorphous titanium oxide.
