PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator changing a blowing direction of an airflow containing ions and discharged from an air outlet without degrading static elimination performance. SOLUTION: A pneumatic part 10 is composed by integrating an electrode 13 with an oscillating unit 12 and by rotatably supporting both their ends by an intermediary unit 11 and an introduction unit 14. Air supplied to the pneumatic part 10 is supplied to a head unit 3 from the introduction unit 14, the electrode 13 and the oscillating unit 12 through an air passage 38. Thereby, the air is supplied to an ion generation chamber 40 through an air supply hole 39 and released forward from an air outlet 41 along a discharge needle 32, whereby ions generated at a tip of the discharge needle 32 are emitted forward through the airflow. When the angle of the head unit 3 is changed, the head unit is rotated in a state where an opening direction of the air outlet 41 is kept so as to set it in the same direction as the needlepoint direction of the discharge needles 32, whereby the airflow containing the ions is smoothly released forward from the air outlet 41.
