PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable-connecting structure, wherein a plug can be firmly connected to a socket, while they can be detached easily. SOLUTION: This cable-connecting structure has the plug 20 having a rod-shaped electrode part 23, the socket 10 having an insertion hole 12 which can be engaged with the electrode part 23, a hook part 25 mounted rotatably to either one of the plug 20 or the socket 10, and a restricting part 14 which is provided in the plug 20 or the socket 10 to which the hook part 25 is not mounted, and which restricts the hook part 25 by hooking it, when the electrode part 23 is engaged with the insertion hole 12 and releases the restriction of the hook part, if the hook part 25 rotates in a hooked state.
