PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic tag retrieval system capable of shortening remarkably a time required for retrieval. SOLUTION: This electronic tag retrieval system has a function capable of registering positional information of a data desired to refer and a comment as to the data, from a user PC connected to a network, and a function capable of displaying the registered information as to the data, from an assigned portion of the registered data, by providing together a function for generating the registered information in a form of a history list, and a document is effectively retrieved thereby.
