PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner binder excellent in both low-temperature fixing property and hot-offset resistance. SOLUTION: The toner binder comprises an aggregate (P) of resin particles (Pi) comprising a resin (A) having one or more right-handed helix polymer units (a) within a molecule and/or a resin (B) having one or more left-handed helix polymer units (b) within a molecule, wherein the resins (A) and (B) are contained in the toner binder and an abundance ratio of a stereo complex of the units (a) and (b) in the toner binder increases after melting.
