PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles having good powder fluidity and uniform particle size and containing a wax. SOLUTION: A resin (b) or its solvent solution, or a precursor (b0) of the resin (b) or its solvent solution is dispersed in an aqueous dispersion (W) of resin particles (A). In the case of using the precursor (b0) or its solvent solution, the precursor (b0) is reacted to form the resin particles (B) composed of the resin (b) in the dispersion liquid (W) to form an aqueous dispersion (X) of the resin particles (C) having a structure composed of the particles (A) attached to the surface of the particles (B). The aqueous medium is removed from the dispersion (X) to obtain the objective resin particles. The particle (A) at least contains the resin (a) and 10-95 wt.% wax (p). COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
