PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems such as (1) the impartment of electric insulating properties, (2) the falling-off of a powder from graphite and (3) the adhesion/sticking of graphite with another base material, etc. when utilizing a graphite film as a heat conductive sheet. SOLUTION: The composite heat conductive sheet is composed of the graphite film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive resin composition and formed using a reaction curable polyester polymer as the pressure-sensitive adhesive resin composition. The composition contains a vinyl polymer having at least one group, which is selected from the group consisting of a crosslinkable silyl group, an alkenyl group, a hydroxy group, an amino group, a group having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond and an epoxy group, in its molecule as an essential component.
