PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw away tip featuring little grinding resistance and more surely suppressing the generation of chattering vibrations. SOLUTION: The first cutting blade 30 serving as the principal cutting blade is composed of a plurality of cutting blades 70-72 separated in the longitudinal direction B, so that cut chips to be discharged are minutely divided in the width directions, and accordingly, the cutting resistance during cutting work becomes smaller. Further a direction B1, one of the longitudinal direction of tip 23, agrees with a direction X1, one of the axial line direction of the tip holder, and the tip 23 is fixed to the tip holder 22. By this configuration, rotational grinding tool equipped with an axial rake in the positive direction is provided. The property of chamfering materials to be cut is improved, and thereby to reduce the cutting resistance against the materials to be cut. Even if heavy cutting work in which a cutting amount of one time operation becomes greater is performed, therefore, increase of cutting resistance is prevented, and chattering vibrations in cutting work is surely suppressed.
