PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional workpiece measuring method capable of measuring a workpiece without requiring strict positioning. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional workpiece measuring method is used for three-dimensionally measuring the workpiece 40 to be measured with a robot 20 for measurement. This method comprises a first measuring process (steps S5, S9 and S21-S37) of positioning one of reference points set on the workpiece 40 to a positioning pin 12a and measuring the reference points, a comparing process (step S38) of assuming that an ideal workpiece having the design value where reference points similar to those of the workpiece 40 are set is arranged at a predetermined attitude where one of the reference points is matched to the positioning pin 12a and comparing the reference points on the ideal workpiece with the measurement result of the reference points of the workpiece 40, a correcting process (steps S6, S10 and S41) of correcting the measurement position of the robot for measuring the measurement point on the workpiece 40, and a second measuring process (steps S42-S48) of measuring the measurement point on the workpiece 40 from the corrected measurement position.
