PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scoring (seizure) of a fastener. SOLUTION: Screw portions 4 are formed over the outer peripheral face of a sleeve 2 formed of a non-metal material and over the inner peripheral face of the fastener 3 formed of a metal material, respectively, and threaded together so as to be movable in the axial direction. Thus, the fastener 3 formed of the metal material such as stainless, in particular, has a threaded portion free from friction heat when fastened to the non-metal sleeve 2.
