PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing method and apparatus which have increased spacial resolution of an X-ray detection signal and an X-ray CT apparatus having an X-ray-receiving surface including such a signal processing apparatus. SOLUTION: The Fourier transform of the X-ray detection signal is calculated (312), the Fourier transform of the sensitivity distribution of detection cells on the X-ray receiving surface is calculated (314), the quotient of the Fourier transform of the X-ray detection signal by the Fourier transform of the sensitivity distribution is calculated (316), and the reverse fourier transform of the quotient is calculated (318).
