PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil stain by directly covering a frying pan with a lid, which is made of a flame-retardant non woven fabric and and has a filter shape in order to minimize the stain in a kitchen or a burn due to the splashing of oil when frying is performed by an IH cooking heater.
