PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating treatment instrument, preventing adhesion of organism tissue and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: This heating treatment instrument 2 includes: a heating element 28 having heating parts 47, 48 caused to generate heat by excitation; a heat insulating frame 29 disposed to cover a part of the heating element 28 to insulate heat generated by the heating parts 47, 48; a filling part 41 formed of a filler filling at least a space between the heating element 28 and the heat insulating frame 29 and having electric insulating property; and a coating part 42 formed of non-adhesive coating material to integrally cover the outer peripheries of the heating element 28, the heat insulating frame 29 and the filling part 41.
