PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a monitoring camera in a chassis of a disaster prevention apparatus to avoid it from becoming an obstacle of the disaster prevention apparatus. SOLUTION: A fire extinguishing system integrates a scanning infrared linear sensor, a water discharge nozzle, or the like in the chassis and controls directions by a rotating section as necessary. The chassis of the system is embedded and installed in a wall and the monitoring camera is exposed and mounted on one face of the chassis. Therefore, scanning with the water discharge nozzle, etc., it enables the system to be embedded and installed in a wall of a big space such as an atrium and to have the big space as its protection range. At the same time, if the monitoring camera is installed in the chassis, it is easy to monitor in the space, and the installed condition of the system is excellent in fine sight.
