PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent game balls from being put out limitlessly not only when a put-out device is abnormally operated but also when trouble occurs in a put-out control board in a game machine. SOLUTION: A guide passage under the put-out device is branched into a put-out passage for guiding game balls into a ball tray and a discharge passage for discharging game balls to the outside of the game machine, and a switching member disposed in the branch part is usually held on the discharge passage side (outside of the game machine). On receiving a game ball put-out signal, a main control board 8 outputs a control command to the put-out control board 12 and turns on a switching solenoid 59 to switch the switching member onto the put-out passage side (the ball tray side). When the regular put-out is completed, the switching solenoid 59 is turned off, and the switching member is switched onto the discharge passage side (outside of the game machine).
