A vapor liquefying and collecting device and a method are provided to reduce energy consumption, to facilitate maintenance and repair by simplifying the structure, and to effectively liquefy and collect the vapor without a fire or explosion. In the device and the method for collecting and recovering vapor(7) of hydrocarbon, fatty acid, polymer, and monomer vaporized by heating, liquid, and solid particles, a venturi tube(101) is installed at a vapor collecting cover(8). A cooling plate(104) equipped with a cold/hot medium circulating pipe is disposed in an inlet and a detachable partition(105) is installed in a first cooling and liquefying container(103). An outlet of a blowing unit(106) is connected to an inlet of a negative pressure generating unit(107). A cooling plate equipped with a cold/hot medium circulating pipe is mounted in an inlet of a second cooling and liquefying container(108) installed at an inlet of the venturi tube and a detachable partition is positioned in the second cooling and liquefying container. |
