The device has a carrier plate (20) with a carrying side piece and a side piece. Another carrier plate (30) is designed similarly as the former carrier plate and has a supporting side piece for supporting a base and another side piece, where the plates form a box-shaped housing of the device. Load cells (40, 42) are supported on the supporting side piece. A guide system has a transverse control arm and a longitudinal control arm for absorption of moments and transverse and longitudinal forces. A quick-release fastener is provided for fastening the device to a base plate.
