A urinal and bidet for man is disclosed, which is capable of preventing urine from being splashed as compared to a conventional art in which a bad smell occurs in a rest room due to splashed urine and which is capable of preventing a urinating sound from being spread to a neighbor. The urinal having a bidet function is capable of basically cleaning the glans of a penis, so that a user can wear clean panties. The washing water automatically washes urine whenever a user uses a urinal having a bidet function of the present invention. The urinal having a bidet function is capable of preventing urine from being splashed in a forward direction when a user urinates in a sit posture by providing a urine collection member, so that it is possible to achieve a clean and comfortable rest room.
