<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery having a separator and an electrolyte capable of enhancing the internal ionic conductivity, and the lithium secondary battery with separator, capable of preventing stably short circuit between two electrodes in a high-temperature circumstances where the lithium secondary battery can be placed. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly including two electrodes and a separator interposed in between the two electrodes, and a case in which the electrode assembly is incorporated.
