<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet and a harness routing structure provided with the grommet enabling to be mounted on a panel and trim easily. <P>SOLUTION: The harness routing structure 1 wires a wire harness 3 over a vehicle body and a door 2. The door 2 is provided with a door panel 6 and a door trim 7. The harness routing structure 1 includes: sandwiching parts 8, 9; and the grommet 10 provided on the door panel 6 and the door trim 7. A housing hole 11 is provided on the sandwiching part 8. The grommet 10 is provided with a sandwiched part 17 sandwiched between the sandwiching parts 8, 9. The sandwiched part 17 is inserted in the housing hole 11 along a direction crossing to a longitudinal direction of the wire harness 3 passed in the grommet 10.
