<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention structure, which can maintain the corrosion resistant property for a long time because a sufficient thickness can be achieved without scattering a coating material to surroundings or producing a smell, and further is excellent in the scratch-proof property and can prevent an impact and scratch even if a human walks on the structure, and can prevent the defects, such as a swelling with water, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In the corrosion prevention structure of the transport pipe 1, a corrosion preventive sheet 4 composed of a non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2 and an adhesive layer 3 lined on the non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2, the non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2 containing ethylene propylene terpolymer or a blended substance of ethylene propylene terpolymer and butyl rubber, a vulcanizing agent, and a vulcanization accelerator, and being capable of the self-vulcanization at 500°C or lower, is coated on the transport pipe 1, and further a protective layer 5 is coated on the corrosion preventive sheet 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
