<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve excellent sealing performance without further fastening and also its assembling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: When an integrated panel 1 and valve 2 are interconnected with each other in a sealed state of single ring-shaped fluid passages 3 and 7 by using an annular gasket G, annular projections 11 and 21 are formed on first and second fluid inlet and outlet sections 1A and 2A. Upon forming a gasket made of a fluorocarbon resin material having a pair of annular grooves 51 and 51 formed on an outer diameter side of a fluid passage W to be fitted to respective annular projections 11 and 21, a maintaining means I for maintaining a joining state in which a fitting seal section is formed by fitting the annular projections 11 and 21 of the first and second fluid inlet and outlet sections 1A and 2A and an annular groove 51 of the gasket G by pulling near the integrated panel 1 and valve 2 are prepared on the gasket G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
