PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration of a friction pad and the noises of a brake by stabilizing the attitude of the friction pad relative to a disc to suppress rattling.
SOLUTION: A pad spring 10 located on the turn-in side of a disc has a guide plate part 14, a radial energization part 16 and a rotating energization part 19. On an energizing piece portion 16C of the radial energization part 16, a protruded piece portion 16D is formed which is bent from the midway in the longitudinal direction inward to the disc 1 in the radial direction. The protruded piece portion 16D is arranged corresponding to a cavity portion 18 formed in a lower face plate 14B of the guide plate part 14. The rotating energization part 19 is formed as a wide plate body which is obliquely bent from the lower face plate 14B of the guide plate part 14 to the inside of the disc 1 in the radial direction. The lower face plate 14B of the guide plate part 14 and the rotating energization part 19 always energize the friction pad 7 in the direction of rotating the disc 1.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
|
