<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body organ expansion instrument using a self-expansion stent, facilitating the work for replacing with another body organ expansion instrument in a stent indwelling work. <P>SOLUTION: This body organ expansion instrument 1 includes: a distal tube 2 having a guide wire lumen 21; a proximal tube 4 fixed to a proximal section of the distal tube 2; a stent receiving tubular member 5 covering the distal side of the distal tube 2 and capable of sliding in the proximal direction; a stent 3 received in the tubular member 5; and a traction wire 6 for moving the tubular member 5 to the proximal side. The distal tube 2 has a proximal opening 23 opened on the proximal side of the distal tube 2 and has a stent engagement section 22 for restricting the movement of the stent to the proximal side. The proximal end of the proximal tube 4 is provided with an operating part 9 including a traction wire take-up mechanism for taking up the traction wire 6 and moving the stent received tubular member 5 to the proximal side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
