<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose of industrial waste by using the inner space of an abolished tunnel as a land-filling site. <P>SOLUTION: A first covering layer 8 is provided with: a first buffering layer 15 consisting of nonwoven fabric which has attaching pieces 19 fixed to the tunnel inner face 3a and is covered on the tunnel inner face; a first water sealing layer 14 consisting of a water sealing sheet material formed in layers on the first buffering layer 15, and hook and loop fasteners 21 having male side engagement pieces. A second covering layer 9 is provided with: a second buffering layer 23 which consists of a nonwoven fabric capable of fitting to the hook and loop fasteners 21 and covers the first covering layer 8; a second water sealing layer 22 consisting of a water sealing sheet material formed in layers on the second buffering layer 23, and hook and loop fasteners 27 having male side engagement pieces fitted to non-woven fabric constituting an inner buffering layer 10. A double water sealing structure is formed by the first and second water sealing layers 14, 22 across the second buffering layer 23. Waste is filled in the space in the tunnel having the inner buffering layer 10 consisting of nonwoven fabric formed on the inner face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
