<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample base for an infrared microspectrometry, which prevents a sample from missing and a contaminant from getting mixed, and can readily work a minute-sized or a minute amount of sample into a sample configuration that is suitable for an infrared spectrometry, without the need for a skilled operator. <P>SOLUTION: In the sample base used for the infrared microspectrometry, a plurality of recessed sections 4 are formed on a plate-like matter 1; and in the recessed sections 4, the area of an aperture section 4a is made larger than that of the bottom surface 4b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
