<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform calculation processing for alteration detection at each originating station when fragment packets from different originating stations are mixed and received. <P>SOLUTION: A head decoder 2 decodes a header of a received fragment packet and transmits an originating station address to a calculation value storage part 3.
