PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of foaming a wallpaper containing a process of forming a foaming agent-containing resin layer containing an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) by an extrusion, which attains a good foaming condition and the preventation of the burning of a paper substrate at the same time. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the foaming a wallpaper comprises the steps of crosslinking a resin contained in the foaming agent-containing a resin layer with an electron irradiation after laminating the foaming agent-containing a resin layer containing a pyrolitic type foaming agent on a paper substrate by extrusion, and subsequently, heating to turn the foaming agent-containing a resin layer to a foaming resin layer. The foaming agent-containing resin layer contains the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer as a resin component, and contains further a diacrylate monomer having a tertiary carbon atom.
