PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that part of a data image is hidden by a point image for pointing out a particular part of the displayed data image in the case of exhibiting the data image at presentation. SOLUTION: The point image 117 whose pixel density is reduced is displayed. In this case, a background image can be displayed overlappingly on the point image by displaying the background image utilizing the interleaved pixels. Thus, when a CCD camera 113 images data 116 and the imaged image is projectingly displayed on a screen 103, the display of the image behind the point image 117 can be recognized.
