PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music box cylinder which is fitted to a baby car or wheelchair to be used and to which a toy shaken to generate a sound with piano wires in a cylinder is applied. SOLUTION: A "rotary music box cylinder" is disclosed which sounds music by fitting a body, formed by connecting two wheels having many piano wires differing in length and thickness inside respectively by a fixed shaft with spring blades, covering the part between the two wheels with a cylinder, and fitting a handle to the shaft, beneath the baby car or wheel chair and rolling the body on a road surface through handle operation. The "rotary music box cylinder" is characterized in that the sound is put closer to a child or a wheelchair user by using and fitting a fixed cylinder as the rotary cylinder on the chair, using and connecting a rotary shaft with spring blades as the fixed shaft with the spring blades to a wheel of the baby car or wheelchair, and rotating the rotary shaft with the spring blades.
