PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a superior device capable of solving problems of a conventional rotary urging device. SOLUTION: At least one of an inner ring raceway surface 21 and outer ring raceway surface 31 partially has different-shaped raceway surfaces 2k and 3k which gradually narrow an inserting distance of a cylindrical roller 4 while rotating a rolling body 4 in response to relative rotation of inner and outer rings 2 and 3 and give rotary urging force in a direction canceling a phase difference generated by the relative rotation between the inner and outer rings 2 and 3.
