PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of a toilet capable of preventing a toilet seat from being seen from a gap of a door when a circular arcuate door is in a closing or an opening position even if the toilet seat is located in any position in a toilet booth. SOLUTION: A circular arcuate opening and closing guide rail projectingly curved toward the outside of the toilet is consecutively constructed up to the upper part of the toilet booth through the upper part of the other end from the upper part of one end of a forward opening section of the toilet, and the circular arcuate door 8 curved toward the outside at the approximately same curvature as that of the opening and closing guide rail is the door device of the toilet hangingly supported on the opening and closing guide rail in a movable manner through a traveling means enabling the inside of the opening and closing guide rail to travel, and a closing member 13 having flexibility closing a gap between the front plate 4b forming the forward opening section and the door 8 is provided toward the door 8 side from the front plate 4b side.
