PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a net which minimizes a packaging cost, can be efficiently manufactured and has an excellent appearance and a novel structure without degrading packaging conditions. SOLUTION: The packaging bag with a net is formed by providing a synthetic-resin-made applied adhesive layer 3 with part left along an outer periphery of a transparent or opaque synthetic resin sheet 1 of a desired form, bringing a synthetic-resin-made net 2 of the same size as that of the sheet 1 into contact, and heating and pressurizing along the applied adhesive layer 3 of the outer periphery of the net to make part of it into an opening 4, thereby obtaining a packaging part.
