PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage can which can be opened, without hurting one's nails and can be drunk sanitarily even with one's lip attached thereto. SOLUTION: The beverage can with a sanitary cap is a such as canned coffee, juice or beer and is constituted of a can container, of which the top face is opened and which has a container-threaded section on the external-face position of the upper end section and has a plurality of protrusions in the lower external-face position and a lid, having a lid-threaded section which serves detachable from the container-threaded section, and the protrusion is one which serves as a position and a shape which becomes detachable from the lid-threaded section.
