PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient washing method of a mold large in size and having a precise figure pattern carved therein. SOLUTION: In the washing method of the mold 100 for transferring the carved figure pattern to a resin or the like, a washing solution W is injected in the mold 100 and ultrasonic vibration is produced in the washing solution W by an ultrasonic oscillator 2 equipped with an ultrasonic horn 3 having to be immersed in the washing solution W.
