PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic knock-out apparatus in which an oil route is provided for facilitating replacement of hydraulic oil in a hydraulic cylinder and a partial deterioration in the hydraulic oil is thereby prevented. SOLUTION: Oil relieving routes 5, 6 for relieving oil when hydraulic pressure in a cylinder 4 are over-loaded are set in a die holder main body 10. The oil relieving routes 5, 6 are connected with the cylinder 4 in the die holder main body 10 and oil feeding routes 7, 8 and further, connected with a hydraulic tank 16 through a relief valve 12. When the overload is developed in the hydraulic pressure in the cylinder 4, the oil in the cylinder 4 enters the hydraulic tank 16 through the relieving routes 5, 6. The hydraulic oil of the same amount as that of the oil fed into the hydraulic tank 16 from the cylinder 4 is fed into the cylinder 4 through the feeding routes 7, 8 by a hydraulic pump 15 from the hydraulic tank 16, and thus the hydraulic oil in the cylinder 4 can be replaced.
