PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a emitting device capable of emitting agglutinate ring-shaped mist from cloud aggregated of mist. SOLUTION: The emitting device 1 has a first vessel 11 in which water atomized by ultrasonic vibration is stored to form a cloud 2, second vessels 13 and 14 arranged inside the first vessel 11 to be sunken in the cloud 2 and a pressure control unit 15 for changing the inside pressure of the second vessels 13 and 14. When the inside pressure of the second vessels 13 and 14 are changed, the mist is filled into the second vessels 13 and 14 from the cloud 2 through a suction/exhaust port 17 to enit the agglutinate ring-shaped mist 3 from the cloud 2.
