PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article having an absorbent body giving a user a feeling of high dryness. SOLUTION: This absorbent article is provided with the absorbent body 1 including a filament web 2 embeddedly carrying superabsorbent polymer 3. The filament has substantially non-water-absorbing property and hydrophilic property. The web 2 substantially includes no water-absorbing fiber and, if including it, includes a small amount, 5 wt.% or less to the whole amount of the fiber materials. A difference between the saturation amount absorbed and the centrifugal retaining amount of the absorbent body per unit area is within 0.5 g/cm<SP>2</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
