A system for providing highly pressurized raw fuel to a pressure reactor. The system includes an inlet (33) for receiving the raw fuel (8) and a roller system (36) communicating with the inlet (33) . The roller system (36) includes a plurality of independent rollers (44) arranged in two converging planes. The rollers (44) of the roller system (36) successively compress the raw fuel (8) as the raw fuel passes through the roller system between the rollers, such that the fuel is highly pressurized when it reaches an output end of the roller system ( 36) . An outlet (42) is located adjacent the output end of the roller system (36) to dispense the pressurized raw fuel (8) to the pressure reactor.
