<p>A structure for connection between an integration panel and a fluid device, the structure enabling fluid piping to be more compact to promote integration of the piping. An integration panel (1) and a valve (2) are arranged such that tubular fluid paths (3a, 7) of the panel (1) and the valve (2), respectively, are concentric with annular fluid paths (4a, 8) of the panel (1) and the valve (2), respectively, and the integration panel (1) and the valve (2) are sealedly connected through inner and outer annular gaskets (G1, G2). Annular projections (11, 21, 31, 41) are formed on fluid discharge openings (1A, 2A) of fluorocarbon resin, and annular grooves (51, 61) are formed in the gaskets (G1, G2) made of fluorocarbon resin. The structure has a holding means (I) pulling and holding both fluid discharge openings (1A, 2A) together, and the holding means holds a joined state where the annular projections and the annular grooves are fitted together to form a fitting seal section (10). The gasket (G1) located inside, or a first gasket, is constructed as an intermediate gasket where an inner circumferential surface (54a) of the gasket (G1) doubles as an outer wall surface of the tubular flow paths (3a, 7), and an outer circumferential surface (55a) doubles as an inner wall surface of the annular fluid paths (4a, 8).</p> |
