<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a water-soluble composition containing a coenzyme Q<SB>10</SB>, not causing deposition, precipitation or surfacing and retaining a homogeneous and stable water-soluble state even when the coenzyme Q<SB>10</SB>formulated in a high concentration without using a dissolving medium such as oil and fat is stored for a long period and further, excellent in acid resistance, salt resistance and heat resistance and remarkably improved in in vivo absorbability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the water-soluble composition containing the coenzyme Q<SB>10</SB>comprises carrying out homogenization of (A) 5-40 mass% coenzyme Q<SB>10</SB>, (B) 5-30 mass% monoester of polyglycerol having 10 average degree of polymerization with stearic acid, oleic acid or linoleic acid and (C) 1-18 mass% mono-, di- or triester of a polyglycerol having 3-6 average degree of polymerization with oleic acid or linoleic acid and (D) water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
