<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to select a desired program by easy operation. <P>SOLUTION: A display part 57, for selection of desired content from among a plurality of contents, displays a plurality of predetermined search conditions. A main control part 101, on the basis of an instruction from a user, selects a search condition from among the plurality of search conditions displayed on the display part 57, and a content refining part 112 uses a selected search condition to refine contents from among the plurality of contents. When the user issues a command for deciding a search condition being selected by the user, a search condition setting processing part 111, for selecting desired content from among the plurality of refined contents, newly sets a plurality of search conditions. The display part 57 displays the plurality of refined contents and the plurality of set search conditions.
