<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a new card by deciding that update is necessary in a store, and to much more surely deliver the updated card to a user. <P>SOLUTION: An ATM 121 for performing financial-related transaction by using an IC cash card, a significant medium issuing device 131 for issuing a new IC cash card by updating the IC cash card whose update period comes and a network 143 for connecting them are arranged. The ATM 121 is provided with a card reading part 123 for receiving the inserted IC cash card 124, and for reading information in an IC chip, an ATM transmitting/receiving part 125 for transmitting user information read from the IC cash card, and for receiving changeover decision information and a control part 122 for controlling the update processing or transaction processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
