<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the evaluation accuracy by enabling quality evaluation of products shipped to a market regardless of the presence of defect. <P>SOLUTION: Operation data of a plurality of products 101 placed in the market is collected in association with identification information of each product (102 and 103), product attribute information including at least one of product history and using mode for each product corresponding to the identification information is collected (110 and 112), the plurality of products are classified to product groups according to at least one piece of product attribute information (104), and statistic information related to quality for products of a product group in which operation data corresponding to at least one evaluation item are compared is generated (107).
