<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film solar cell element in which a plurality of layers are laminated using a conductive polymeric material in order to harness light effectively or to enhance charge take-out efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the organic thin film solar cell element 10, electron-hole transport layers 1a, 1b containing an electron-donative conductive polymeric material and an electron-acceptive conductive polymeric material, and one layer selected from a group of an electron-hole transport layer, a hole transport layer containing an electron-donative conductive polymeric material and an electron transport layer containing an electron-acceptive conductive polymeric material are laminated directly.
