PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To organize an air conditioning system capable of sequential operation between a plurality of heating/cooling devices and a plurality of ventilation devices in order to optimize an indoor air-conditioning effect, and to provide the air conditioning system and its control method capable of various group control at the sequential operation time between the plurality of heating/cooling devices and the plurality of ventilation devices. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system is organized from the heating/cooling devices 100 installed in at least one or more spaces so as to perform an individual heating/cooling function respectively; and a ventilation system 200 for performing a ventilation function in each space wherein the heating/cooling devices 100 are installed; and a central control device 300 connected to the heating/cooling devices 100 and the ventilation system 200, for controlling sequentially the heating/cooling function and the ventilation function in each space by holding in common information between the heating/cooling devices 100 and the ventilation system 200.
