<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles excellent in both of the heat-melting characteristics and the resistance to hot offset property. <P>SOLUTION: The resin particles (P) is an aggregate of respective resin particles (Pi) composed of a resin (A) having one or more right-handed helix polymer units (a) in the molecule and/or a resin (B) having one or more left-handed helix polymer units (b) in the molecule.
