PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve two problems of heat and EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility) at the same time. SOLUTION: The switch sheet is composed of an electrically non-conductive heat conduction member 21, made of sheet-shaped heat conducting material, having hole parts 21a corresponding to a key contact 10a of a base board 10; a conductive film 22 formed on a face of the heat conducting member 21 on a side opposite to the base board 10; a resin sheet 23 formed on a face of the conductive film 22 on a side opposite to the heat conducting member 21, having hole parts 23a in a region excluding the hole part 21a of the heat conducting member 21; and a metal dome 24 made of metal, formed into a dome-shape, constituting a switching element of the key contact 10a of the base board 10, housed in and mounted on the hole part 21a of the heat conducting member 21.
