PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allows a plurality of servers to share an IDS or a network controller. SOLUTION: The network controller is enabled to receive load events sent from the plurality of servers and alert events sent from a plurality of IDSs, so that the servers can share the network controller and a network device. Alternatively, an alert distributing device is provided to enable network controllers to share an IDS. Otherwise a command aggregating device is provided and resource conflict control over control commands is performed to enable the network controllers to share the network device.
